It all starts with the fundamentals. At Strike One Sports we are committed to teaching the game of baseball so it can be enjoyed at all ages and talent levels. Breaking down the techniques of pitching, batting, and fielding so they can become applicable no matter how long a player has been playing. Our success is only as good as our players we work with. So with great work ethic from our instructors and players the sky is the limit.
The majority of our work is done in a one on one setting so we can pay strict attention to each player and their development. We can also put small groups together for those interested. Coaches just don’t have the time to give players indivdual time during team practices, because of the amount of time and things needed to work on with the whole group. This is where we come in and help your player be the best he or she can be.
Our Facility has three cages large enough for a regulation size mound pitching and batting as well as an indoor turf field area large enough for team practice on a full size infield.
